The Story

In 2022, Ankit Saxena, Mike Molinet, Unmukt Raizada and I started Thena to help B2B teams manage customer communication where their customers already worked. Thena's reported [$2.16M pre-seed](https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/business-and-professional-services/customer-communication-platform-thena-launches-raised-2.16m-from-711761) and [$5M seed](https://lsvp.com/stories/lightspeeds-investment-in-thena-ai-2/) rounds total approximately $7.2M, from investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, First Round Capital, Pear VC, and Tenacity VC.

Through December 2025, I helped build Thena as an AI-native customer communication platform. The product brought tracking, prioritization, and resolution of customer conversations into Slack.

During my time there, companies including Cloudflare, Etsy, Vercel, and Amplitude used Thena for customer communication. Thena continues to serve B2B teams.
