I built three ventures before understanding the frameworks. A grocery delivery startup and two media projects consumed months of iteration, customer interviews, and hard lessons in market validation. The failures taught more than any classroom.
Those experiences drew me to Lean Startup methodology. I absorbed the frameworks, then carried them to IIT Bombay, BITS Pilani, and universities across India through intensive workshops. Teaching sharpened my own thinking and opened doors to [Kairos](/projects/kairos).
Parallel to this, I built a photography community in Hyderabad. What started as weekend walks through the old city became exhibitions documenting urban narratives. When I joined [Branch](/projects/branch) in Singapore, this evolved into [Singapore Weekend Photography](/projects/photography).
These years crystallized a pattern: identify gaps, build communities, create value. The same playbook would later scale across Asia and into Silicon Valley.
